Policy

1. Booking and Cancellation: All walks must be booked in advance. You can schedule walks through our website or by contacting us directly. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $15. 2. Arrival and Departure: Walkers will arrive at the scheduled time. If a walker is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please ensure that your dog is ready to go at the scheduled time to maximize walk duration. 3. Safety and Health: All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and flea/tick treatments. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that appears sick, aggressive, or poses a danger to our staff or other dogs. Owners must provide any necessary supplies (leashes, harnesses, muzzles, etc.). 4. Walking Procedures: Dogs will be walked in secure, safe areas, and we will ensure they are leashed at all times unless in a designated off-leash area. We will not walk dogs in extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, etc.) for their safety. 5. Behavior and Training: If your dog displays behavior issues (excessive barking, pulling, etc.), we will discuss this with you to ensure we can accommodate their needs. We may recommend training or behavioral modification for dogs with specific challenges. 6. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, Palz 4 Pawz is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during walks. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog while in our care. 7. Payment: Payment is due before the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit cards or zelle. 8. Communication: We will provide updates and photos during walks through our preferred communication channels. By using our dog walking services, you agree to these policies.
